d) Cancellations/Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We may apply a cancellation or rescheduling fee if notice is not provided within the timeframe set out in your service agreement or confirmation.
e) Access and Safety. You agree to provide safe access to premises and to disclose hazards. We may decline or suspend services where safety is a concern. -

a) Due Dates. Payment terms are as stated in your service agreement or invoice (e.g., deposit due upon booking; balance due upon completion or as otherwise specified).

c) Late Payments. Late balances may incur administrative or late fees as permitted by law. You agree to reimburse reasonable costs of collection. -
